All three sections of the 255th Bristol (Channel) Sea Scouts have been having a busy time of late, and there will be further updates to follow.

Most recently, youth and adult members of the 255th Bristol (Channel) Sea Scouts joined forces with the Totterdown Scouts (175th Bristol) to carry out a litter pick in Victoria Park as part of Scout Community Week. The weather was better than forecast, everybody enjoyed themselves and plenty of litter was found.

Last month, the Beaver section enjoyed an exciting visit from a tender and firefighting team from Bedminster Fire Station. As well as being given a tour of the contents of the fire engine, the Beaver Scouts actually had the chance to wield a working fire hose – surely every¬†young person’s dream? A gallery of photos from the visit is now available.
